What to include
- Something is broken
- Tell us which page, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and the browser you were using cuts the back-and-forth in half.
- Billing, cancellation or a refund
- Send the email address on the account and the approximate date of the charge. Refund eligibility is set out on the Refund Policy page.
- A grade looks wrong
- Include the submission and the band you expected. We can look at how it was scored, though we cannot change an official IELTS result -- only the test centre can.
- Privacy and your data
- Access, correction, deletion and export requests all go to the same address. What we hold and why is set out in the Privacy Notice.
